Frank Oudesluys

President
After having worked for CCL and Avery Dennison for a number of years, industry veteran Frank Oudesluys decided to venture out on his own and thus, in 1990 Label Design was founded. Over the years Frank has grown the company into one of the most successful businesses in the Toronto area. ​ Frank is now semi-retired while still remaining involved in strategic decisions concerning the long-term future of Label Design. ​

Manuel Garces

General Manager
Manuel Garces is the General Manager and runs the day to day activities at Label Design. He is a graduate of Queen’s University with an M.Sc. in chemical engineering and has spent his 20 year career alternating between flexible packaging and pressure sensitive labels.

Chris Glazier

Plant Manager
Chris Glazier started his Label Design journey back in 2001 as a helping hand in the finishing rewind area. In 2007, Chris embraced a full-time position as a Flexo Press Operator, marking the beginning of his connection with the production process. In 2019, he was promoted to the Production Scheduling and Maintenance Supervisor. In 2022, Chris was appointed as the Plant Manager. Chris’ experience, having worked across diverse areas of the plant, has made him a great asset to our management team.

Brett Buston

Customer Service Manager/Operations Coordinator
Brett Buston first joined the Label Design team for the summer of 2018 as a general labourer during his studies at the University of Guelph. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce, Brett rejoined Label Design in 2021 as our Customer Service Manager/Operations Coordinator. Brett acts as the internal voice of our customer base, working alongside our Customer Service Representatives and Plant Manager to provide estimates and negotiate scheduling requirements.
